Walking into the grand reception was daunting enough. The thought of talking to the head of learning and development in a large corporation, who could make life-changing decisions for my business, was even more daunting.
After all, I was just a little one-man band; what could I possibly offer a multi-million-pound-turnover business, in an unfamiliar sector? I often wonder how did we get from that moment to a powerful
and wonderful partnership that not only helped to change the client’s business culture, but also
