With the US and world economies in serious distress, likely for some time to come, corporations and employers generally are continuously looking for ways to train their human resources without breaking the bank.
And while many US HR departments and L&D practitioners have already made some foray into the world of e-learning, many more are still scratching their heads, wondering how to sort it all out and where to start on the e-learning path.
