Last year's L&D 2020 project explored a number of scenarios about how L&D might develop over the next ten years or so. It started to examine what this might mean for the development of L&D professionals themselves and what skills they might require.
We have started by interviewing a small number of organisations that have started reorganising the L&D function and changing the skills that are required from their L&D staff.
